We always felt extremely comfortable with Allison and felt that we found a new friend.
She was wonderful to work with and we thank her for finding us the home of our dreams. She showed us one property and asked us detailed questions about what we were looking for and she came up with the absolute perfect fit! Her attention to detail and quick response to texts, email and phone calls was exemplary.
She clearly cared about us and had our best interests at heart. I would recommend her highly! She listened to our wants and needs in a house and worked very hard to show us homes that met our expectations. She is very trustworthy, a true professional and we now consider her a friend! R, buyer "Allison is amazing. She knows the market and was very helpful through the whole process. Truly a pleasure to work with.
Thanks so much for making it happen, Allison! We had confined our search to Columbia County because we had friends who lived there and because it was two hours away from NYC, our absolute limit in terms of travel time. But, we were finding nothing that spoke definitively to us.CSX Chatham, NY
After nearly seven months of consistently looking, we had just about come to the end of our rope and were about to give up our search. Then one day, after an extended session of scouring the MLS listings online, we happened upon a property that Nikki was representing. After seeing the house for the first time, it spoke to us and spoke to us loudly and we realized that we had, indeed, found our new home. We toured the house three times before making our decision to make an offer.
Each time, even though our enthusiasm was obvious, Nikki was respectful, accommodating, patient and low-key; she never tried to rush us into any decision as so many brokers with lesser skills and instincts often try to do. She gave us solid answers when we had questions and proved to be an invaluable resource for information about the immediate community and other nearby towns.
With her knowledge of the market and measured tact, we were able to make one of the most financially important decisions in our lives without all the usual noise and pressure.
Nikki is a classy businesswoman and a professional who you can count on to help you to make the right decisions in your search for a home. It was a pleasure working with her. Since this was our first time looking for a second home, we took a long time before we were serious about buying.

Nikki was really patient with us, keeping in touch over several years before we were ready. She took the time to listen to what we wanted, and then showed us only the properties that fit our needs.
Her knowledge of the market is excellent, so she was able to guide us well towards properties that could work for us, and also those that would retain their value. We really trusted her, and we ended up with a perfect home.
She understood exactly what we were looking for, showed us properties that met our criteria, in the areas where we were focused and within our budget. We closed on a terrific property earlier this year and couldn't be happier. Right from the onset of this journey, Nikki displayed genuine patience and her understanding of what we had in mind. With Nikki's lead, we eventually did go on to find the perfect property at the right time, which now serves as our escape from Midtown Manhattan. Quite simply, Nikki's great!!!
But most importantly, Nikki plays the long game; shes fully willing to go the distance to ensure that the sale is not just transactional, its merely the cost of finding a dream location to call your home.
We have owned and developed several properties around the country and have worked with many different realtors over the years. We return from our adventures for lunch and a story at our campsite and close our day with a reflection circle and songs. Drop-off and games 9: Morning circle and snack Exploration, free play, and nature activity Lunch and story Pickup What do you do on rainy days? We do much the same thing that we do on sunny days, but we wear waterproof layers!
Puddles are so much fun and rain brings out another side of the forest. We have a tarp over our forest home and can keep a healthy fire going in all types of weather. What do you do in the winter? We wear warm layers and follow a similar rhythm to other times of year. We explore and play, enjoying getting to know the gifts of the forest throughout the seasons.
Our forest home gets warm and cozy with its branch walls and canvas tarp overhead. We also have a lovely indoor space that we use occasionally for meals or activities.
